Jill Wilson

Jill Wilson is currently the Head of Safety at Joby Aviation. Jill has over 10 years of experience in aviation safety. Jill started their career as an Air Safety Specialist at Embraer, where they managed and retained all documentation with regards to new jet manufacture. Jill then became the ASAP Manager / Safety Analyst at Cape Air, where they developed and managed a comprehensive ASAP for the pilot group. Jill was also the project manager for the federally funded research and data collection project to prove safety and cost savings benefits to flying with WAAS. In their current position, they are responsible for the safety of Joby Aviation's employees and customers.

Jill Wilson received their BS in Aviation Management with Flight from the Florida Institute of Technology and their Master of Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

They are on a team with Keith Moss - CISO, Oliver Walker-Jones - Head of Marketing, Communications & Brand, and Eliot Garcia Weisberg - Head of Creative. Their manager is Joeben Bevirt, Founder & CEO.
