Shawn Myers

Shawn Myers has a diverse work experience in motion design and user experience roles. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Freelance Motion Designer, Editor, Director, and UI/UX specialist at MoShawn Inc. From there, they joined various companies such as Riney, Google, Square, and YouTube as a Flash Animator, Senior Motion Designer, and Production Lead respectively. In 2014, they took on the role of Co-Host and Audio Engineer at MotorTrend Group. In 2015, they joined Fitbit as a Senior UI/UX Motion Designer, focusing on creating products that promote health and fitness. In 2017, they moved to NIO as a Senior UX Motion Designer before joining Uber in 2019 as a Senior Motion Designer II for the Uber Elevate team. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Motion Designer at Joby Aviation since 2021.

Shawn Myers obtained a Bachelor of Science in Design with a focus on Digital Design/Animation from the University of Cincinnati between 1997 and 2003.
