Aaron Hainaut

Aaron Hainaut has worked at six different companies, beginning with Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 2003 as a Teaching Assistant, Manufacturing Laboratory Engineer. In the same year, they started at Highland Machine & Screw Products as a Design & Drafting Engineer. In 2004, they moved to The Boeing Company where they worked as a Systems Engineer and an Industrial Engineer. In 2010, they began working at Tradebot Systems as a Sr. Equity Trader & Quantitative Analyst. In 2022, they joined AlphaGrep as Vice President, Quantitative Research and Jock MKT as Head of Trading.

Aaron Hainaut received a Masters in Finance from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School in 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Masters in Systems Engineering and Financial Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology between 2004 and 2007. Aaron also obtained a Bachelors in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville between 2000 and 2005.
