Kevin Dean is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership development and organizational growth. Currently serving as the Chief Development Officer at Joe Bullard Automotive since August 2016, Kevin has held various key roles including Director of Leader Development and General Manager. As a Co-Founder of TheDrivenProcess since May 2018, Kevin has created impactful solutions for the Joe Bullard Organization that have gained traction beyond its initial scope. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Development at Wildsparq, where collaboration with C-Suite Executives was essential in deploying a leader development software platform. Kevin previously held the position of VP of Leadership Development at Slingshot, Inc. and has a robust background in talent management from roles at Planet Cellular and American Express. Kevin holds a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education from the University of South Alabama.
