Ismail Shash

Ismail Shash has a diverse work experience history, starting with their role as a Sales Floor Associate at Karassi Marassi in 2019, where they gained valuable customer service and sales skills. Ismail later interned at Unipal Study Abroad in 2019 and EFG Hermes as a Private Equity Intern in 2021. In 2022, Ismail joined JOE & THE JUICE as a Juicer, providing guests with food and beverages in a fast-paced environment. Ismail then took on the role of Recruiter before becoming the Head of Culture NL/BE in 2023, responsible for organizing social events and initiatives that showcase the company culture. Additionally, Ismail served as the National Junior Representative at CISV Egypt from 2018 to 2020.
