Olivia Abrahmsohn

Olivia Abrahmsohn, also known as Lilly, has a diverse range of work experience in the food and beverage industry. Olivia (aka Lilly) is currently the Head of Product Development at JOE & THE JUICE, where they are responsible for global range development, strategic planning, and cross-functional communication. Prior to this, they worked as a Freelance Food and Beverage Product Developer and Sensory Consultant at Tastebud Tickler, specializing in plant-based and free-from products. Olivia also served as a Tasting Judge for the Great Taste Awards at Great Tastes and as a Tasting Judge for the Free From Food Awards. Olivia (aka Lilly) gained extensive experience as the Head of NPD at Rebel Kitchen, where they developed and launched innovative vegan food and beverage products, contributing to significant revenue growth. Olivia has also worked as a Product Developer at innocent drinks, Genius Foods, graze.com, and Cook Trading Ltd, showcasing their skills in product development. Olivia (aka Lilly) started their career with an internship at SpaceNK.

Olivia (aka Lilly) Abrahmsohn's education history begins in 1999 when they attended South Hampstead High School, GDST. Olivia (aka Lilly) pursued A-levels in Biology, Chemistry, and Art, achieving excellent grades in each subject. In 2006, they enrolled at UCL and obtained a BSc degree in Biology after completing their studies in 2009. Following this, Olivia proceeded to King's College London to pursue an MSc in Nutrition, which they completed in 2010. In 2015, they enrolled at the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, where they participated in the Level 2 Wine & Spirits course to enhance their expertise as a Wine Steward/Sommelier. Notably, Olivia returned to UCL in 2006 to further their studies in Biology, although the specific field of study during this period is not specified.
