Dennis Henry is a culinary professional with extensive experience in prestigious hospitality environments. Currently serving as a Demi Chef De Partie at Joël Robuchon International since June 2024, Dennis previously held the same title at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group from April 2021 to June 2024. Prior to that, Dennis worked as Cook 1 at Hilton Hotels & Resorts from July 2016 to April 2021. Dennis holds a Diploma in Culinary Arts from HTA Chef School, completed in July 2016.
