Brandon Raúl P. has extensive culinary experience, beginning with a foundational education in food and beverage at Conalep Cuatitlan Izcalli from 2008 to 2011. As Head Chef at The Arts Club from September 2023 to July 2024, Brandon led the pre-opening of Oscuro Mexican Rooftop. Prior roles include Chef de Cuisine at Rancho Pescadero and a Task Force Chef de Cuisine at Grand Hyatt Baha Mar in 2023. Brandon also held positions such as Sous Chef at Maravilla Los Cabos, Chef de Partie at Zadún, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, and Jr. Sous Chef at La Carnita DXB. Additional experience includes time at Nikki Beach Hotels & Resorts EMEA, BU! Trinity, and Kempinski Hotels, showcasing expertise in various cuisines, including Mexican, Latin American, and Caribbean.
