Pankaj Bharty

Pankaj Bharty has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as a Business Owner at Orlando's Pub & Grill and Joey's Restaurants since July 2021 and 2016, respectively, alongside another Business Owner role at Rosie's in the Park since November 2017. Prior to these ventures, Pankaj held the position of Chef at SRG from May 2013 to July 2016 and Sous Chef at P&O Cruises from August 2006 to September 2012. Pankaj began a culinary career as a Chef at Kenilworth Resorts and Spa in late 2005. Educational qualifications include a Red Seal Journeyman Qualification Certificate in Cook Trade from Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training, a Level 3 Certificate in Food Hygiene and Supervision, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Cruise Galley Operation, among others, culminating in a Bachelor's Degree in Food and Beverage Production from the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition in Kolkata.
