Ralph van Dijk

Ralph van Dijk has diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Ralph started their career in 1991 as a Senior Sales Executive at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they worked for seven years and progressed to the position of Global Key Account Director. Afterward, they joined Oracle as the Senior Director of Business Development for the EMEA region before transitioning to Dun & Bradstreet as the Senior Director of Sales for the BeLux and NL regions.

In 2007, Ralph became the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Atradius Collections, where they played a vital role in establishing the start-up and building a commercial team across 23 countries. Later, they founded KRBD Sports Advisory, Development & Innovation, focusing on technological advancements in the sports and events industry.

In 2020, Ralph took on multiple roles simultaneously. Ralph became the Co-Founder and Owner of Jogo Football, an AI football platform. Additionally, they joined WorldEmp as an Advisory Board Member, assisting international businesses in finding skilled workforce solutions.

Most recently, Ralph returned to Oracle as the Director of Sales and Business Development for the Netherlands, and currently holds the position of Senior Director of Sales and Business Development for Western Europe.

Ralph van Dijk has an extensive educational background. Ralph completed their Bachelor's degree in International & Export Management at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences from 1985 to 1988. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Economics at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 1988 to 1991. In 2007 to 2008, Ralph obtained another Master's degree in Change Management from Nyenrode Business University. Ralph further enhanced their education by completing an Executive MBA focused on Transition to General Management at INSEAD from 2011 to 2012. Lastly, they obtained a Master's Degree in International Sports Management from Johan Cruyff Institute from 2013 to 2014.
