Juliana Cárdenas has a diverse work experience starting in 2015 when they served as an Assistant Professor at Universidad de los Andes. Following that, they co-founded Paperbite in 2015, where they designed various products and participated in a social project with Our Future World. In 2016, they became the Founder and Head of Marketing at Grato Mysterio until 2020, during which time they successfully launched their project management initiative "A Vestirnos de Confianza" and transformed the company into a digital marketing agency called GRATO. Juliana then worked as a Marketing Fellow at IE Entrepreneurship from February 2022 to December 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Digital Strategy at Johanna Ortiz, starting in December 2022.
Juliana Cárdenas has a Master's degree in Digital Marketing from IE University, which they obtained from 2021 to 2022. Juliana also holds a degree in Design from Universidad de Los Andes, which they completed from 2011 to 2016. Juliana has a certification in Mindfulness for leaders from Universidad del Rosario, earned in 2019. In 2018, they completed a Finance Diploma for non-financial executives from CESA. Additionally, they have a certification in Digital Marketing Strategies from Kellogg Executive Education, obtained in 2020. Juliana also holds a Google Analytics Individual Qualification, earned in March 2022.
