Abdul Popalzai

Abdul Popalzai has over 28 years of work experience in the fields of quality engineering, environmental management systems, and consulting. In 2021, they were appointed as Corporate Director Quality Engineering at both Johanson Dielectrics, Inc. and Johanson Technology, Inc., where they were responsible for leading the global quality engineering organization, managing environmental management systems, and reporting to the chairman of the company. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Consultant at AJP Consulting, providing consultation and comprehensive training to clients in the Aerospace, Semiconductor, Medical, and start-up industries. From 2016 to 2019, they were the Founder and President of Junyas International Inc. From 1997 to 2000, they were the Manufacturing and Quality Engineering Manager at Johanson Dielectrics, Inc., responsible for manufacturing quality and process engineering including Reliability and Customer Quality. From 1993 to 1997, they were the Senior Quality Engineer at Kavlico, responsible for various Industrial, Aerospace, Military, and Automotive sensor fabrication and packaging production quality engineering.
