Dean Wehrli

Dean Wehrli is an experienced professional in the real estate research and consulting industry, currently serving as Principal at John Burns Research and Consulting since May 2010, where Dean has also held the roles of Senior Vice President, Vice President, and Senior Manager. Prior to this position, Dean Wehrli worked as Vice President at Sullivan Group Real Estate Advisors from March 2005 to May 2010 and as Director at MetroStudy for a brief period in 2004. Earlier career experience includes Managing Director roles at Hanley Wood and Hanley Wood Market Intelligence, as well as Senior Consultant at Meyers Group. Dean Wehrli obtained education at UCLA from 1991 to 1998.
