Megan Larson

Megan Larson has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Megan is currently the Director of Revenue Operations at John Burns Research and Consulting since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Indeed.com as a Senior Program Manager from 2022 to 2023, where they successfully implemented process optimization and team health initiatives resulting in increased efficiency and reduced project delivery time. From 2017 to 2022, they served as the Director of Operations and Enablement, Customer Success at Duarte, Inc. During their time there, they established the Customer Success Ops Org and built and mentored the Project Management and Customer Success team. Before that, they were a Senior Creative Account Manager at Tank Design from 2015 to 2016, where they cultivated strategic client partnerships and led design programs. Megan also worked as a Project Design Strategist at IDEO from 2013 to 2015, helping clients transform the impact of their products and services through human-centered design. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Design Project Manager at Duarte Design from 2008 to 2013, where they drove operational and project management activities for communication design and marketing projects. Megan started their career with internships and roles at the Long Beach Museum of Art and Banana Republic.

Megan Larson, CSM has a diverse education history, with a focus on Project Management. In 2005, they enrolled at California State University of Long Beach and completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History in 2008.

In 2023, Megan decided to further enhance their skills by enrolling at UC Berkeley Extension. Megan completed a Technical Project Management | Scrum Master Certification program, focusing on Project Management. During this time, they obtained certifications as a Scrum Master from both the Scrum Alliance and UC Berkeley Extension.
