Ruchira Dutta

Ruchira Dutta is a Senior Engineer at John Deere since August 2021, specializing in electronics and electrical systems diagnostics code analysis and schematic preparation for agricultural equipment. Ruchira has extensive experience collaborating with global factory stakeholders for project planning, budget estimation, and agile methodology implementation. Previously, Ruchira served as a Senior Design Engineer and Design Engineer at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, focusing on advanced technologies in automotive components and wiring harness design. Ruchira holds a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Silchar and is currently pursuing an MBA in Business Analytics at the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Ruchira also completed a summer internship at the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, focusing on condition monitoring of diesel generators.
