Felicia Kane

Felicia Kane is currently the Director of Data Enablement & Governance at John Hancock, where Felicia oversees data management and governance strategies. Prior to this, Felicia held roles as a Senior Product Owner in IT Architecture Value Stream and a Senior Operations Manager in Cash Control, Reclaim & Data Integrity Team. Before joining John Hancock, Felicia worked at TD Bank as a Branch Supervisor in Retail & Commercial Banking. Felicia holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Science in Business/Finance.
