Researcher PHD Student at John Innes Centre

Kara Boyd's work experience includes a role as a Researcher PhD Student at the John Innes Centre, where they are involved in a project focused on genetic resistance to the Downy Mildew pathogen in peas. Kara utilizes wet lab and bioinformatic techniques to uncover resistance genes and develop tools for breeders.
