Ruwan Vidanapathirana has extensive experience in human resources management, starting as a Human Resources Coordinator at Auxicogent and progressing to various managerial roles at Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Amaya Resorts & Spas, and John Keells Holdings PLC. They also worked as a Program Officer at IPM Sri Lanka before pursuing a Professional Qualification in Human Resources Management at the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management.
