Abigail Page-Rumsey is a skilled data analyst and UX professional with extensive experience in user research and design. Currently serving as a Data Analyst Apprentice at John Lewis Partnership since January 2020, Abigail previously held significant roles as a Senior UX Researcher and Senior UX Designer at Waitrose & Partners, where innovative research methodologies such as the Kano method were introduced to enhance user experiences.
