Ceira Thom

Ceira Thom is an experienced professional in the retail sector, currently serving as the Head of Learning, Inclusion and Belonging at John Lewis Partnership since May 2023. Previously, Ceira held several leadership roles at John Lewis & Partners from October 2013 to May 2023, including Head of Learning, Head of Development and Wellbeing, and Senior Leader Customer and Partner Experience, effectively enhancing customer and partner experiences. Earlier experience includes a Project Manager Level 2 position at John Lewis where project management of new formats was a primary responsibility, and a Store Manager role at Waitrose, overseeing convenience stores. Ceira holds a degree in History from the University of Glasgow, obtained from 2000 to 2004.
