Claire Roumph

Claire Roumph serves as the Organisational Design Lead at John Lewis Partnership since July 2023. Prior to this role, Claire Roumph accumulated extensive experience at Waitrose & Partners, progressing from Branch Manager to Department Manager, with roles in multiple locations including Hereford, Evesham, Solihull, and Cirencester. Claire Roumph also held the position of Efficiency Manager, focusing on productivity, profit and loss accounts, and collaborating with various stakeholders at the Head Office. A graduate of the University of Nottingham with a degree in Politics and American Studies, Claire Roumph completed a year abroad at Texas A&M University, where studies concentrated on the First Gulf War. Claire Roumph's early education was at Pates Grammar School in Cheltenham.
