Greer Carpenito

Greer Carpenito is currently working as the Affordable Program Compliance Manager at John M. Corcoran & Company. Prior to this, Greer held various positions at AvalonBay Communities, including Sr. Affordable Housing Manager, Affordable Housing Manager, and Affordable Housing Specialist. Greer also worked at L’OCCITANE Group as a District Sales Manager for Greater Boston and Connecticut. Greer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Pathologist from the University of Rhode Island. Additionally, Greer studied at Richmond, The American International University in London.
