Graziella Brenneman

Graziella Brenneman has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Graziella currently works as the VP - Manager of SBA Lending and Business Banking Group at John Marshall Bank, where they manage a team and oversees all aspects of small business loans. Graziella is passionate about community development and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and borrower experience. Prior to this, they worked at Arlington Community Federal Credit Union as the Department Manager of Commercial Banking, where they played a key role in building and developing the Business Loan & Services Segment. Graziella also worked as a VP - Lender and Relationship Manager at Capital One, AVP - Sr. Business Relationship Manager at Bank of America, Assistant Manager/Business Development Officer at TD, and Assistant Branch Manager/Mortgage Advisor at Chevy Chase Bank. Throughout their career, Graziella has demonstrated expertise in strategic partnerships, cross-functional team leadership, financial acumen, relationship management, and community relations.

Graziella Brenneman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Miriam College, which they obtained between the years 2001 and 2006. In 2012, they attended the College of Southern Maryland to study American Sign Language. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as the Credit Union Business Lending Professional (CUCE) from CUES in 2019, the Omega Credit Certification from Omega Performance in 2015, and they became NMLS Registered through the National Mortgage Licensing System in May 2008.
