Joseph A LaVilla, PhD, CWE, currently serves as Culinary Operations Manager and Retail Manager at John Muir Health, alongside a role as Adjunct Faculty Instructor at City College of San Francisco since January 2019. With extensive experience in academia, LaVilla was an Adjunct Faculty at College of Marin from August 2018 to January 2020, and previously lectured at San Francisco State University from August 2015 to August 2018, focusing on food management and dining operations.
