Jodie Sanderson

Jodie Sanderson, MHA, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in healthcare and HR roles. Jodie currently holds the position of Executive Director, People & Clinician Services at Acclaim Multi-Specialty Group within JPS Health Network. In this role, they oversee various HR functions and provides strategic direction on topics such as provider recruitment and compensation. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Provider Recruitment & Compensation at Acclaim Multi-Specialty Group, where they developed and operationalized standards for provider recruitment, compensation, and engagement.

Before joining JPS Health Network, Jodie worked as the Director of Talent Acquisition at DECA Dental Group and Director of Development & Recruitment at Infinity Physician Resources. Additionally, they held the position of Director of Physician Recruitment at both CHRISTUS Health and Promptu Immediate Care. Earlier in their career, Jodie worked at Concentra as a Lead Physician Recruiter and Physician Recruiter. Jodie also gained experience at Medical Doctor Associates as a Surgical Specialties Staffing Consultant and Associate.

Jodie's work experience extends beyond healthcare, as they previously worked as a Health Education Coordinator at the University of Texas at Dallas. In this role, they developed and executed educational health programs and significantly increased participation in campus events. Jodie's background in healthcare and HR, along with their strategic and operational skills, make their a valuable asset in their current executive role at JPS Health Network.

Jodie Sanderson, MHA, SHRM-CP has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Health Promotion from the University of North Texas. Jodie later pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from The University of Texas at Arlington. In addition to their degrees, Jodie has obtained various certifications including the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in 2023, the Fellow of Association of Staff Physician Recruiters in 2015, and the Predictive Index Analyst Certification from Predictive Index in 2010.
