Troy Overholt

Troy Overholt is an experienced professional in occupational health management with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Occupational Health Manager at JPS Health Network since January 2021, Troy has held several leadership roles, including Director of Occupational Health at Olathe Health and an Interim Director position at B.E. Smith. Previously, Troy was Vice President of Occupational Health and Wellness at OSF HealthCare, where effective system-level transformations were implemented. Other notable positions include Director of Occupational Health at Northwest Medical Center, Director of WorkWell at St. Luke's Methodist Hospital, and various managerial roles in both occupational medicine and rehabilitation. Troy holds an MBA in Business/Health Care Management from American InterContinental University and a BS in Management from Kaplan University, alongside an AS in Nursing from Genesee Community College.
