Ian Kasher

Ian Kasher has extensive work experience in the construction industry, holding various leadership roles. Ian is currently working as a Project Director at John Sisk & Son Ltd. Prior to that, they served as the Global Head of Construction at Everty, where they provided executive-level leadership and strategic direction for project delivery and land acquisitions. Ian also managed technical due diligence for asset acquisitions and major upgrades.

Before joining Everty, Ian was the Projects Director at UHA, where they were responsible for delivering high-rise residential developments for overseas investors. Ian optimized floor cycle times by mentoring local contractors in efficient construction techniques.

Ian also worked as the Head of Construction at William Hare Group, where they oversaw day-to-day site operations and completed notable projects such as Battersea Power Station and London Wall Place.

Prior to that, they served as the General Manager at Alfasi Constructions, managing Asia-wide operations and resolving disputes with non-performing contractors.

Ian's earlier experience includes roles as the International Projects Director at QPM - Qatar Project Management and Project Leader at SAMA CONTRACTING AND TRANSPORT COMPANY PRIVATE LIMITED. Ian also gained additional experience through various positions at different companies in Australia, New Zealand, Marshall Islands, Vietnam, and Hong Kong.
