During Megan Hiltner’s 15 years with JSI, she has facilitated virtual learning collaboratives for the National Title X Family Planning Center and Healthy Start programs on performance milestones using quality improvement strategies. As a project manager, She oversees motivating skills-building trainings and large conferences. She conducted a feasibility study supporting stakeholders in Colorado who wanted to build a resource hub for early childhood mental health consultants, and administered over 400 health promotion mini-grants on behalf of the Office on Women’s Health. Megan concentrated on maternal and child health at Boston University School of Public Health and is a certified lactation counselor with the Academy of Lactation Policy and Practice. She is also certified through the Institute of Cultural Affairs; Technology of Participation Facilitation Methodologies.
