Steven Obrien

Steven O'Brien is an experienced actor and massage therapist, currently performing as Sam Hendrix and understudying Mike Talman in "Wait Until Dark" at the John W. Engeman Theater at Northport since January 2013. O'Brien has also worked at Starbucks Coffee Company as a barista since June 2009, valuing the interactive nature of the role. Additionally, O'Brien operates independently as a massage therapist, focusing on high communication with clients. Past acting credits include portraying a police detective in the Discovery ID program "My Dirty Little Secret" and participating in the Michigan Shakespeare Festival. O'Brien holds an M.F.A. in Acting from the Asolo Conservatory for Actor Training at Florida State University and a certificate in Massage Therapy from The Ann Arbor Institute of Massage Therapy.
