Adejare (Jay) Atanda has an extensive background in public health, biosecurity, and policy development. Currently holding various roles in different organizations such as Co-Chair at the Maryland Commission on Public Health, Fellow at Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security, and Policy Advisor at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Adejare also has experience in health security programs and epidemiology roles from their previous work at various health institutions. Adejare holds a DrPH in Public Health Analysis and Epidemiology and MPH in Public Health-Epidemiology from reputable institutions.
