Kristin Tepas Baker

Kristin Tepas Baker, RN, BSN, is an experienced registered nurse with a diverse background in neonatal care and infant care consultancy. Currently serving as a registered nurse at Howard County General Hospital since May 2020, Kristin has also held positions at Monte Nido & Affiliates and Presbyterian Healthcare Services. As the founder of Nurse and Nurture, LLC, Kristin provided specialized infant care services from January 2008 to August 2019. Kristin's career began at Northside Hospital, where extensive experience was gained in a Level III Neonatal ICU. Kristin is CPR certified and has served as a Clinical Education Specialist at Merit Medical Systems, Inc. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Maryland.
