W. Brian Humphries

W. Brian Humphries is an experienced professional in investment operations and auditing. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Investment Operations at The Johns Hopkins University since February 2020, Humphries previously held the position of Director within the same department. Prior to this role, Humphries spent over seven years at DUMAC, Inc. as the Lead Investment Operations Analyst and worked as a Senior Auditor at EY. Humphries began the professional career as an Accounts Receivable Clerk at AICPA. Educationally, Humphries holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Classical Archaeology, both from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
