Marko Djordjevic is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in prestigious hospitality establishments. Currently serving as Chef De Partie at John's Island Club since December 2022, Marko has previously held similar positions at One&Only Resorts and has also worked as Sous Chef in a specialty restaurant for Viceroy Hotel Group. Prior roles include Chef De Cuisine at Hotel Crni vrh and involvement in pre-opening operations at One&Only Resorts. Marko began culinary training as 1st Commis at Square Nine Hotel Belgrade. Marko is currently pursuing a degree in Gastronomy at The College of Hotel Management Belgrade, where studies began in 2018.
