As the Owner of Pond Hockey Pickles, LLC since April 2024 and Owner and Chief Evangelist at The File Depot since January 2016, John has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills and a commitment to innovation. John has held key leadership positions at Johnson Controls as Operational Excellence Leader in Global Operations, Rent-A-Blackbelt® as Associate Master Black Belt, and Sears Holdings Corporation as Director of Lean-Store Operations. With a background as Master Lean Leader at GE Healthcare and Owner and President of The Change Agency, John's expertise also includes consulting roles at Breakthrough Management Group and directorial positions at StorageTek and Cooper Cameron, focusing on Six Sigma initiatives. Educationally, John holds an Executive MBA from Regis University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland.
