Brendan Guildea

Brendan Guildea is a legal professional with extensive experience across various sectors, currently serving as a Legal Consultant at Johnson Hana, focusing on EU regulatory matters and trade compliance. Brendan has a background as a Barrister-at-Law, practicing in crime, intellectual property law, family law, and commercial litigation. Previously, Brendan conducted intellectual property research projects, served as In House Counsel for a financial technology startup, and acted as a lecturer in Intellectual Property Law at Griffith College Ireland. Educational qualifications include an LL.M in Intellectual Property Law from King's College London and a Barrister-At-Law Degree from The Honorable Society of King's Inns.
