Sharon Saunders

Sharon Saunders has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Sharon currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Johnson Health Center, where they are responsible for leading the Human Resources and Diversity & Inclusion functions. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Johnson Health Center, overseeing eight locations in Central Virginia. Previously, Sharon worked at Randolph College as the Director of Human Resources & Title IX Coordinator, where they handled the administration and leadership of all HR activities for approximately 350 employees. Sharon also gained experience at Weyerhaeuser as an Area Human Resource Generalist and Human Resources Administrative Assistant II, where they managed the selection process, conducted orientation, and handled benefits administration and employee relations issues.
