Dawn Bowden, Ph.D., is a Senior Director of Scientific Partnerships & Population Health, where they lead U.S. strategy for real-world evidence partnerships and analytics platforms. With extensive experience at organizations such as Cigna Healthcare, Ceridian, and Johnson & Johnson, Dawn has excelled in roles focused on product development and health policy. They also founded Jumpstart Innovations and contributed to academia as an adjunct professor at various institutions. Dawn holds a Ph.D. in International Business from The International School of Management and a certification in Applied Health Economics & Outcomes Research from Thomas Jefferson University.
