Johan has held various leadership positions such as Worldwide Vice President Environmental Health & Safety and Global Vice President Environmental, Health, Safety & Sustainability. Johan is known for their global leadership and strategic direction in EH&S programs, having coordinated EH&S efforts in regions such as Europe, Middle-East, Africa, North/South America, and worldwide chemical production. Johan's background includes an Engineer degree in Industrial Engineering and completion of the Executive Quality Leadership Development program at Johnson & Johnson Quality Academy.
