Leonardo Padilla

Leonardo Padilla is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leading human resources strategies across various roles and organizations. Currently serving as HR Senior Director for Enterprise Function LATAM and One HR LAN at Johnson & Johnson since July 2012, Leonardo is responsible for defining and deploying HR talent, capabilities, and culture strategies to support business objectives, alongside advancing the enterprise agenda as chair of the LAN HR leadership forum. Previous roles at Johnson & Johnson include Head of HR for the Latin America Strategic Partnership Group and HR Director for Colombia & Medical Devices Northern Cluster, contributing significantly to talent management and organizational design. Prior to Johnson & Johnson, Leonardo worked at Nestlé as an HR Business Partner and Training and Development Manager, as well as holding HR positions at Banco de Occidente and Grupo Andes Farms. Leonardo holds a degree in Psychology from Universidad de La Sabana.
