Michele Kertes

Michele Kertes currently serves as Vice President of HR for Enterprise Innovation and Head of the HR Office of the Chief Medical Officer at Johnson & Johnson since September 2019. Prior to this, Michele worked at the Campbell Soup Company in change management, organizational development, and culture transformation from April 2018 to September 2019. At Bristol-Myers Squibb, Michele held multiple roles from March 2006 to March 2018, including Executive Director of HR for Research and R&D Strategy & Planning and Global HR Lead for Corporate Functions, partnering with C-suite executives to align talent strategies with business goals. Michele's earlier experience includes positions as Director of Talent Management and HR Business Partner in the Cardiovascular/Metabolics Division at Bristol-Myers Squibb, along with HR roles at Citigroup and Andersen Consulting. Michele holds a degree in Communications with a minor in Russian from Rutgers University.
