Warren Luther

Warren Luther is a seasoned Human Resources executive with extensive experience in leading HR functions across multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Corporate Services at Johnson & Johnson since 2005, Warren established and heads the HR Mergers & Acquisitions Center of Expertise, supporting over 50 transactions globally. Previous roles at Johnson & Johnson include leading global HR transformation and business partnering for various divisions, overseeing significant employee populations and revenue streams. Prior to Johnson & Johnson, Warren held key HR positions at Ford Motor Company, including head of Human Resources for the Lincoln Mercury Division and director roles overseeing international HR activities. Warren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Labor Studies from Rutgers University and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Upsala College.
