Jane Griffiths

Jane Griffiths is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as Chair at Redx Pharma, Jane also holds positions as Non Executive Director and Board Mentor at various organizations, including Johnson Matthey and BAE Systems. Previously, Jane held significant roles at Johnson & Johnson, culminating as Company Group Chairman for EMEA and contributing to various initiatives focused on corporate citizenship, sustainability, and women's leadership. Jane's earlier career includes serving as Global Head at Actelion and Managing Director at Ortho Biotech UK, complemented by a strong academic background with a Doctor of Philosophy in Biochemistry/Genetics from the University College of Wales and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Botany from Aberystwyth University.
