Justin Seal

Justin Seal is the Vice President and Project Manager at Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, leading the Longview office since November 2016. Justin oversees multiple transportation projects, including significant widenings of US 82 in Texas. Prior to this role, Justin served as a Senior Associate and Project Manager at Johnson & Pace Incorporated, a Project Manager at Raytheon, and a Senior Program Planner at Kennedy Consulting. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University, earned between 1996 and 2001.
