Scot Moe

Scot Moe, CSCP, is a seasoned logistics professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and trade compliance. Currently serving as the Director of Logistics at Johnson Outdoors since June 2023, Scot previously held the position of Director of Logistics at ECM Industries from January 2021 to June 2023, overseeing all logistics agreements and trade compliance activities. Notable achievements include leading global logistics initiatives and warehouse design at ECM, as well as contract negotiations and carrier performance management during tenure at Power Products, LLC. Earlier roles included Operations Manager and Supply Chain Analyst at Motus Logistics and IEWC Corp., where Scot developed metrics, managed freight claims, and implemented distribution solutions. Scot holds a Master of Professional Studies in Logistics from Penn State University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
