Janelle Kwarciany

Janelle Kwarciany is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and operations management, currently serving as the Continuous Improvement Manager at Johnsonville since July 2021. Prior roles include Operations Manager at Pan-O-Gold Baking Company, Director of Manufacturing at Medline Industries, and Production Manager at Generac Power Systems, where Janelle managed high-volume production and led startup initiatives. Janelle also held management positions at Ventura Foods, Bimbo Bakeries USA, and Marshfield DoorSystems, exhibiting a strong aptitude for process improvements, team leadership, and cost reduction. Janelle earned a B.S. in Business Management from Moorhead State University in 1991.
