Jay Vanleeuwen

Jay VanLeeuwen has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Jay started their career in 1999 as a Project Engineer at IPS Corporation and worked there until 2007. In 2007, Jay joined The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where they held positions as a Value Stream Manager, Process Specialist, and Continuous Improvement Specialist until 2014. Since 2014, they have been working at Johnsonville, initially as a Continuous Improvement Coordinator, then as an Operations Manager, and currently as a Plant Director. In 2018, Jay also took on the role of Plant Coordinator at Johnsonville.

Jay VanLeeuwen has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Plastic Engineering/Manufacturing from Pittsburg State University.
