Richard Palmer

Richard Palmer has over two decades of experience in retail management, currently serving as a Full Time Sales employee at Johnston & Murphy since July 2009, with responsibilities at Cool Springs Mall in Franklin, Tennessee. Prior roles include Assistant Manager and Manager at various upscale shoe and apparel retailers, where Richard emphasized brand awareness and product development. Additionally, Richard managed a well-known cosmetic and fragrance retailer, Crabtree & Evelyn, from May 2001 to August 2009. Educational background includes a degree in Recreation and Park Administration, Hospitality Administration/Management from Middle Tennessee State University, completed between 1986 and 1991. Recently, Richard has relocated to Murfreesboro, Tennessee from New Orleans, Louisiana.
