Manoj Harasgama

Manoj Harasgama has a wealth of experience in the business world, having started their career in 2008 as a Finance Analyst for Shell. In 2010, they moved to Adidas Group as a Business Development professional, and in 2011 they joined Groupon as the MD Switzerland & SVP Sales Central Europe. In 2013, they co-founded Unleash 12, an online campaign platform for sports organizations and individuals, and in 2014 they became an Angel Investor for MOVU AG. In 2015, they became the Founding Partner of Spicehaus Ventures AG and CCO & MD of Service Partner ONE GmbH. In 2018, they founded JOIN Solutions AG, and in 2019 they joined the Advisory Board of Spicehaus Partners AG.

Manoj Harasgama attended Kantonsschule Baden from 1998 to 2002. Manoj then attended the University of St.Gallen from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a B.A. in Business Administration. From 2006 to 2008, they attended the University of St.Gallen, CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education, and Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, earning an M.A. in Accounting & Finance, an MSc. in International Management, and an M.Sc. in International Management, respectively.
