Alisa Antinozzi

Alisa Antinozzi is an experienced leader in people and culture, currently serving as the Director of People & Culture at Drop since March 2018, where previous roles included Sr. Manager and People and Culture Manager. Alisa also contributes as an Advisory Board Member for Tech Talent North since November 2021, participating in initiatives to connect HR leaders in the tech sector across Canada. Prior experience includes HR Lead at Kira Talent, and various executive assistant roles at Wind and Burnac Produce Ltd. Alisa holds a certification from the People Leader Accelerator and is currently pursuing professional coaching certification from the Co-Active Training Institute.
