Varun Kasat

Varun Kasat has a diverse range of work experience. Varun most recently served as the Operations Lead at Fleek, starting in November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Mela where they held the role of Senior Manager in Growth and Revenue Generation from April 2020 to October 2022. At Mela, they were responsible for leading growth and sales operations for the Namaste Business platform, resulting in a significant increase in revenue.

Before joining Mela, Varun worked at Uber as part of the Operations and Customer Experience team. From June 2019 to April 2020, they managed a support center for Uber partners in Bangalore, ensuring high operational efficiency and partner satisfaction. Varun also led a team of over 45 Uber Experts to deliver exceptional service.

Prior to Uber, Varun gained experience as an Operations Manager at Awign, where they oversaw multiple projects, managed teams, and implemented new SOPs for optimal performance delivery. Varun worked at Awign from July 2018 to May 2019.

Varun's earlier career included a role as a Graduate Engineering Trainee (Operations) at Future Supply Chain Solutions Limited from June 2016 to May 2017. In this role, they handled logistics operations and managed a team of contract workers.

Additionally, Varun worked as a Project Trainee at Larsen & Toubro in 2015, where they designed an energy-efficient Air Circuit Breaker handle.

Throughout their career, Varun has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a focus on operational excellence, and a track record of driving growth and revenue.

Varun Kasat attended Mount Carmel High School from 1997 to 2010, where they did not receive a specific degree or study in any particular field. Varun then pursued their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from 2012 to 2016 at Shri Ramdeobaba College Of Engineering and Management.
